How it is made

Canadian farmers begin harvesting the sap of the Maple trees in the spring thaw when cold days & warm nights cause the sap to rise . The sap is boiled to produce distinctively flavoured & coloured Maple syrup - it takes 40 litres of sap to produce 1 litre of syrup.
